Taylor Kruse is a graduate of Plymouth State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education and a Minor in Health, specializing in conditioning and training. Taylor is a former NCAA Wrestler and currently the Head Coach of the Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School Wrestling Team.

During Taylor’s time at Plymouth State University, he had the rare opportunity to study the Burdenko Method under Master Certified, 3-time Olympic Ski Coach, Tom Barbeau. Today, Taylor is a Master Certified Conditioning and Training Specialist in the Burdenko Method. He is the youngest person in the world to hold this certification. Taylor is the owner of Advanced Water & Land Conditioning outside of Boston, Massachusetts.

Taylor works with various types of athletes as well as the general public, applying the Burdenko Method by implementing land and water techniques to condition, train and prevent injuries. Additionally, Taylor designs post rehab programs for individuals who have overcome injury and wish to restore total body functional movement.
